Puerto Vallarta: Kid Friendly Hotels with Kids Pool

Water skiing, jet skiing, parasailing, sport fishing and diving are some of the water sports families can enjoy in beautiful Puerto Vallarta.  This beach resort at the south end of Mexico's Banderas Bay has long been a favorite vacation spot due to its warm, tropical climate and lovely beaches. The Mismaloya area at the south end of the city is a perfect location for diving and snorkeling. Day boats offer trips to the isolated fishing village of Yelapa as well as whale watching excursions and sunset cruises during the winter months. Shopping is outstanding throughout the city but the shops and stalls along the Cuale river in the old town section are favorites. This area features restaurants offering every type of cuisine. Several festivals are held in the city throughout the year and shows featuring colorful Mexican folk dancing are offered at various hotels. Puerto Vallarta has a large airport with regular service from most USA gateway cities.
