“We stayed at the JW Marriott and woke up on day two and day three with bed bug bites. The decorative pillows and comforter overlay was on our bed. My husband and I had bites on our legs, arms and chest. Jw Marriott denies such allegations of this but we are sure that these bites are from bed bugs since it was Only on the side that we sleep on and we weren't in the ocean or at the beach.”

The Bottom Line:
The Marriott CasaMagna Cancun Resort overlooks the Caribbean Sea, making it an excellent warm-weathered vacation spot. While many of the neighboring hotels are more adult oriented, the Marriott is an excellent family-friendly option with children's activities and a quiet atmosphere. Guests loved the breakfast buffet, with hundreds of choices that included fresh fruit and coffee. The buffet is expensive as a stand-alone option, so make sure to get it included in the hotel package. Guests raved about the enormous hot tub that stays open well into the night. They also praised the staff for quick check-ins and easy room changes.
