The Bottom Line:

Casa Dorada Los Cabos is prominently located on the beach in Cabo San Lucas, within walking distance of the Marina and Medano Beach.  The hotel is better suited for younger groups, as the adjacent Mango Deck Bar draws the cruise ship crowds and throws parties well into the night.  Guests loved the variety of on-site restaurants and bars.  A number of local options and a grocery store are also within walking distance.  Accommodations are suite-style and incredibly spacious, with full kitchens and separate bedrooms.  Note that the hotel is a time-share facility, as individual suite owners can be overbearing at times.  The hotel also features two outdoor swimming pools and spa facilities.
