The Bottom Line:
The Breakers Hotel is on the Ocean City Boardwalk at 3rd Street. It is close to all the boardwalk attractions including Thrasher's fries, but is not in the middle of the nightlife. Rooms are clean with updated amenities including Toto toilets. The Oceanfront Suite comes highly recommended, especially for the double sink bathroom. Standard rooms do not have balconies and only a few have nice views. Guests did appreciate the mini-fridges, microwaves and good water pressure. The hotel has a small indoor pool, but no outdoor pool. Reviewers also complimented the security, with pass-key elevator access and hall cameras. Service got mixed reports, but the hotel is non smoking and guests recommend the Dough Roller restaurant.
