The Bottom Line:
The Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites is located on the Ocean City Boardwalk. It is close to Mark Douglas Jewelers and Waterman's Seafood, as well as other shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, and reviewers particularly recommend the jacuzzi suites, some of which have the jacuzzi in the bedroom. Suites have full kitchens and complimentary coffee including decaf. There is an outdoor pool, indoor pool and kid's pool area. Reviewers warn that the hot tubs are in the kid's pool area, often full of children despite signs and that they close early in the day. Suites also have three head showers and many have great views. Staff are professional and helpful and will fill any reasonable request, but some guests found check-in and checkout slow.
