Dunes Manor Hotel is located on the ocean just one block from the Ocean City Boardwalk and across the street from the Fractured Prune Donut Shoppe. The rooms are described as being very small and outdated by many of the guests but most did enjoy the ocean views from the in-room balconies. Reviewers like the fact there is an indoor/outdoor pool and a hot tub available although many complained that there are temperature control issues.
