The Bottom Line:
The Barefoot Mailman Motel is a block from the beach and just off of 35th Street. It is also close to Seacrets. The hotel is pet friendly, but guests found the rooms exceptionally clean with no pet odors. They are also large with kitchenettes. Guests appreciated the plentiful hot water and balconies overlooking the pool. Rooms have fridges and microwaves and bathrooms have separate vanities. The hotel also has a dog park. The pool has comfortable chairs with pillows. Staff are helpful and willing to handle last minute requests. Housekeeping are careful not to enter the room if dogs might be present.
