The Atlantic Hotel is in the center of the Ocean City Boardwalk close to Thrasher's fries. It is right across from the Jolly Roger amusement park. This is an old style hotel with a bed and breakfast feel. Rooms are small but clean and with very good air-conditioning. Only some rooms have fridges and microwaves, and most have the sink in the bedroom. Also, the elevator is the older kind. While charming, it requires an operator and is available only for check-in and checkout. Rooms have no balconies, but guests liked the rooftop sundeck with rocking chairs and the small but warm pool. Wifi is not free, but service is good and staff fulfilled requests quickly. Reviewers considered this hotel good value.
