The Bottom Line:
The Marriotts Custom House is across the street from a T (subway) station and two blocks from the harbor. It is right next to Faneuil Hall and there is a Ruth & Chris Steakhouse two blocks away. It is also close to the Freedom Trail and Quincy Market. Prior guests loved the high ceilings and crisp sheets. They mentioned the kitchenettes, which had fridges, microwaves, and utensils. The hotel is a historic building with marble walls and interesting architectural features. All of the employees were seen as being friendly and knowledgeable. The reception area had iced water available, with free cookies in the afternoons. The hotel has a game room with a pool table and video games, and daily activities in the 'Maze' for children.
