The Four Seasons Hotel Boston has an excellent location according to previous guests. Within walking distance is the Public Garden, Fenway Park, the theater district, and many upscale shopping and dining options. The rooms are elegantly appointed, with comfortable plush beds and down comforters, although a few guests found the mattress and pillows overly fluffy. Guests were delighted with the large plasma TVs and sitting area. Guests particularly raved about the bathroom, tiled in brown marble and stocked with high-end toiletries. The hotel offers high-quality room service, as well as a rooftop pool, hot tub, and workout center. The concierge was praised for being helpful and going the extra mile for guests, although a few guests felt pressured to tip multiple employees.
