The Bottom Line:
The Windsor Court Hotel is across the street from Harrah's and the Shops at Canal Place. It is convenient to many restaurants including Mother's and the Cafe Du Monde. Guests loved the feather pillows, soft towels and French style decor. Some, however, found the rooms dated and even dirty, with a tendency for housekeeping not to replace opened toiletries. Some rooms have large balconies. Reviewers liked the pool area with its full bathrooms and rooms were large, especially corner rooms. Some rooms have river view. Particularly appreciated were the butler's kitchens and large soaking tubs. Service was excellent, especially in the second floor Club/Lounge which also had live music.
