Offering guests a complimentary shuttle service to and from the center of Taormina, Hotel Villa Ducale sits removed enough from the center to afford visitors ultimate privacy. Guests appreciated the hotel’s short walk (around 15 minutes) to Corso Umberto, a trail amply equipped with various restaurants and shops. Sporting uniquely designed guestrooms, all come decked with Sicilian furnishings, and contain private balconies/terraces, fantastic views and spacious bathrooms. Note that some of the Ducale’s suites contain Jacuzzi tubs as well. Further highlights included the hotel’s public terrace, wherein daily breakfasts and ‘cocktail hour’ are served.
