Situated between the Lonian Sea and Mount Etna, Hotel Villa Carlotta sits centrally within Taormina and grants guests an easy walk into the historically famed part of town. Featuring a pet friendly policy, daily complimentary breakfasts and pool, visitors indulged in the hotel’s airport shuttle service, free Wi-Fi and room service. Highlights included the hotel’s ‘welcome drink’ upon arrival (served from the rooftop restaurant’s terrace), as well as each morning’s high-quality breakfast selection. While some visitors found the hotel’s pool a bit small, most were pleased with the short-distanced walk from the lobby to the beach.
