The Bottom Line:
Just five minutes from Sorrento’s famed Tasso Square, Villa Oriana Relais places guests ideally along the city center. Featuring an impressive terrace, Jacuzzi pool and secure parking, guests were thrilled with the hotel’s serene ambiance amongst citrus tree-lined gardens. Highlights included the hotel’s freshly prepped breakfasts, served from a view-adorned villa, and the warmly welcoming front desk staff. While Oriana Relais doesn’t have a pool, guests get free access to a neighboring hotel pool (located just down the street). Guests vowing never to return were often informed post-booking that the hotel had been ‘overbooked.’ Other gripes concerned the hotel’s nonexistent Wi-Fi.
