The Bottom Line:

Centrally located within Florence, Hotel Perseo situates guests within minutes form both the Santa Maria Train Station and the Dome.  With non-smoking guestrooms featuring satellite televisions, air conditioning and electronic safes, visitors appreciated the hotel’s valet parking (additional fees apply) and 24-hour reception. Other perks included daily complimentary breakfasts and free Wi-Fi access. Equipped with larger-than-expected guestrooms, and an overwhelmingly helpful staff, guests who left unimpressed felt the hotel’s interior needed some severe renovations.
