The Park Hyatt Chicago is located adjacent to Michigan Avenue, making it convenient to the Art Institute and many restaurant and shopping choices on the Miracle Mile. Guests praised the long, cushioned window seats that allowed them to appreciate the city views. The beds were described as comfortable, plush, and luxurious, with all-white bedding, comforters and throw pillows. The furnishings and decor are modern and well-kept, and guests said the rooms were very clean. Some of the less-standard amenities included TVs in the bathrooms, shoe polishing machines, ironing boards, and large flatscreens with DVD-players.
