“Came here for a training course at the Merchandise Mart
Been here for two weeks and have gotten bit 10's of times... Complained to manager who had staff check out room. Manager claimed room to be clear, and he denied the the possibility of bed bugs. He told me something was going on with my skin and for me to go to a doctor to get it checked out. I will not be returning to this bed bug infested hotel.”
