The Bottom Line:
The Kahala Hotel and Resort is a luxury beachfront resort in a quiet area of Honolulu. Previous guests stated the private lagoon was more like a lake and offered great snorkeling and the chance to swim with resident dolphins. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to the Ala Moana Shopping Center and the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center in Waikiki. Reviewers stated the staff was always polite and courteous. Guests appreciated the newly redecorated rooms and made particular mention to the complimentary bathrobes and slippers. Other room amenities include 40 inch flat screen televisions, coffee and tea maker, and dual dressing areas. Previous guests state they would definitely stay again and highly recommended the hotel to their family and friends.
