The Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort & Spa is located opposite Waikiki Beach and the Duke Statue. It is just a block away from the International Market. The rooms were described as being small but clean with excellent views, but many guests complained about the noise level. Reviewers felt the pool area was small and crowded, although the poolside bar was a big hit. Service was described as being friendly and helpful and many guests were delighted with free upgrades offered to them.
