“I was sleep in the bed me and friend and we woke up at 7:00am to get ready for the day and my friend saw the bed bug crawling next to me.... We put it in a napkin and call the front desk and they sent the engineer and housekeeping manager to our room and they said it was bed bugs the manager that work that shift didn't even come look for herself to verify what it was. We checked out and at first the manager didn't want to accomadate us at all and then after a few exchange of words she call her manger and they didn't charge my credit card for the room but they did have to charge me for the valet because it was with a separate company....”
