The Bottom Line:
The Atlanta Marriott Suites Midtown is one block from Crescent Street and walking distance from Piedmont Park. There is a Starbuck's nearby and also a South City Kitchen southern restaurant. Rooms are suites, but have glass doors between the rooms that let light through. Guests liked the white linens and modern bathrooms with stainless faucets, and found the rooms elegant. Living rooms have comfortable furniture and leather stools. Less appreciated was the fact that the bedroom televisions were the old tube type. Guests warn that wireless is not free. The hotel has a pool, jacuzzi and fitness center. Service was complimented, especially the friendly and accommodating bell staff.
