“Our room has bed bugs. I took a dead one that I killed a few days ago to the manager. He argued with me for 20 minutes that it is not a bed beg, but a tick. He said WE brought them in from our chickens we had at our old house. I KNOW what a tick looks like, and it it NOT a tick. I caught another one today, a smaller one. I took it to the manager again, and asked him what he is going to do about this. Once again, he said it is a tick. Ticks are black...these are brown. I asked him if he would want his child to sleep in a bed full of bugs. He told me he doesn't have time to argue with me, and if this place is not good enough, we can leave. Great customer service, huh? STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!”
