“Was bitten 36 times! After I reported to the front desk they simply exchanged my room but had housekeeping clean the room up and change bedsheets.
After a week my bites got worse. My daughter and husband also became with a reaction and we seeked medical attention. I contacted the hotel and they explained that they would not be reimbursing any hotel fees, covering any medical costs and take any actions.
We have been going through hell. This has been a very traumatic experience for all of us and a week later my symptoms have shown no improvement!!
I am terrified of hotels now. ”
