“We stayed at Holiday Inn Lake Buena Vista for 5 nights and 6 days during our family vacation. The Hotel and hotel room appeared to be very neat and clean however after the first night I started waking up with small bites on my legs and arms. I didn't think anything of them until I finally noticed just how many there were. Also, by the end of our trip the itching had begun and the bites got worst. My daughter also got bitten and she slept on a different bed. Her bites weren't as noticeable until after we got home and the itching began. Unfortunately, we left the hotel without reporting it. Maybe because I just couldn't believe it until I got home and started researching the bites. It's been a week since we got home and my bites finally stopped itching and are starting to fade away but my daughter's bites are so severe that they are requiring medical treatment.”
