The Bottom Line:
The JW Marriott Miami is in downtown Miami, within walking distance of the Mary Brickell Village. There is a Gordon Biersch across the street and it is an easy drive to Key Biscayne and Miami Beach. Guests appreciated the comfortable beds with pillow top mattresses as well as the 42" televisions and free internet access. Rooms do have mini-fridges, but guests warn that they are stocked with mini-bar stuff and have minimal space. Also, the provided hairdryers are the small travel kind. Reviewers loved the quirky, stainless steel roof top pool, which is surrounded by palm trees. There is also a spa and gym. Both the service and the food in the restaurants got consistent praise.
