The Hilton Garden Inn Miami Airport West is close to the airport, but not to the airport entrance. It takes about fifteen minutes to drive, and there is a free shuttle. There is a decent Peruvian restaurant across the highway, El Pollo Inka. Rooms are spacious, although the suites do not have actual doors between the bedroom and living area. Bathrooms have a stand-in shower, large enough for two people, and rooms have LCD TVs. Guests loved the adjustable beds. Reviewers raved about the service, with special requests attended to quickly and politely, and staff remaining cool even when the hotel was busy. However, the food at the hotel restaurant was called bland and unimpressive. The hotel offers free high speed internet.
