The Bottom Line:
The Courtyard by Marriott Miami Airport South is next to a regular Marriott and close to the airport. There is a regular shuttle service to the airport. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the Port of Miami for $10 a person. There is a Champions in the lobby, which guests enjoyed. The hotel is older, but the rooms have been renovated. It shares a pool with the nearby Marriott. Beds are firm and some guests found them hard. Suites have full kitchens and granite countertops, and guests praised the soundproofing. Flat screen televisions in the rooms have HBO, and rooms have coffee makers and safes. Service was excellent, especially the front desk. However, some guests found the breakfast buffet expensive and of poor quality.
