“I stayed at the Kent Hotel in Miami from 6/28-7/5. My room was hardly ever cleaned I had to keep writing notes to house keeping in order for them to clean my room properly. I was bitten by bed bugs and complained to the front desk. The guy I spoke to stated they didnt have bed bugs and got treated twice a month. That was totally false. Once I returned home I went to the doctors and they confirmed I had bed bug bites. I reached out to the hotel regaridng this situation and they tried to tell me my dotor was incorrect. I requested a partial refund and they declined. I will never stay there again!!!!!”
