My friend and I had took our grandchildren to Cocoa Beach to stay at Wachulla Suites in May. After returning home I discoved a large number of bites on my arm and a few on my legs. I called my friend and she two has the same type of bites. The hotel denied the whole thing! I was not asking for a refund and called to let them know.
