Puerto Plata: Hotels with Topless Pool

One of the rarest finds in contemporary American travel are hotels with a topless or European style pool. In fact, most jurisdictions have laws against them, applying "indecency" rules with a force equal to that outside in public! That's why the majority are found at nudist Puerto Plata resorts or topless beaches (where the laws against indecency are waived). But aside from the culturally distinct naturist enclaves found sprinkled around the coasts, where is one to go?
