The Hotel Monaco Denver was loved by many of its guests for featuring a luxurious lobby and bright, colorful rooms; with many rooms featuring marble baths. Guests also loved the hotel's safe but convenient location, which put them within walking distance of baseball games, the convention center, and the 16th Street Mall. The rooms were praised for having beds that were beyond adequate, with many patrons saying they were some of the most comfortable beds they'd ever slept on. While some criticized the smaller size of some of the rooms and bathrooms, almost all guests loved the hotel's friendly and welcoming staff as well as the coffee and cocktail hour.
