Most reviewers agree they enjoyed exceptional service and great bay and city views from their rooms (the hotel even provides binoculars to enjoy them). Rooms are also equipped with HDTV displays, with HD channels.
The hotel is just three blocks away from the Embarcadero BART at Market Street, and the head of the California cable car line. A 5-minute walk will take you to the Old St Mary Cathedral, the SF bay, and the Ferry Building.
