“I stayed for four nights at this hotel. While the staff were helpful and the facilities of the hotel were fine, I received bites over the course of my stay, some of which I noticed after I checked out. I called the hotel after I returned to NYC, and they promised they would check into it. Well, I just received word from the Hilton that my room did indeed have an infestation. Needless to say, this is a huge nightmare for me as I now have to worry about an infestation in my apartment. The Hilton has promised to pay for an exterminator to come and see if I have any bed bugs. While I appreciate the Hilton trying to make amends, I will not be staying at this hotel again.”
