“I woke up to itchy legs and arms..only to see that I was covered in bed bug bites..At first I thought maybe it was a mosquito, but realized they were all over my arms and legs. They have a head pin pick center and some of them ooze.
When I checked out I mentioned I had been bitten, the clerk just strugged and said Oh..I called to speak to a manager Mon when I realized how swollen and painful the itchiness of the bites were, they simply told me they have never had that issue before..
I will never stay at another Holiday Inn Express again!”
