Previous guests of the Shilo Inn Palm Springs give positive reviews for hotel amenities, friendly staff and nice rooms. Previous guests state that the U-shaped hotel gives all guests a view of the garden and pool area. Rooms on the first floor have patios that lead to the pool, and the other floors all have balconies. The rooms come with kitchenettes, microwaves and its own kitchen sink that patrons appreciated. The bathrooms have stylish decor with tile floors and large showers. Patrons enjoyed the quiet adult only pool, with views of the mountains. They also found the shuttle rides to and from downtown until 9:30 P.M useful. Shopping at Palm Canyon Drive and the Tramway are just a few minutes away as well.
