The Palm Tree Hotel under new management has received mixed reviews. The rooms have themes such as a Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra and an invitational theme that previous guests enjoyed. Most come with fireplaces, full kitchens or kitchenettes with dishes. Previous guests say you can choose from suites with a bedroom and rooms that open up into the pool area. Previous guests describe the pool area as having clear views to the San Jacinto mountains with couches to lounge on. Patrons liked the convenient location to downtown Palm Springs, Ralph's grocery and other attractions. Earlier reviews state the owner seemed unorganized and rooms lacked amenities. The most recent reviews state the opposite with patrons saying their trip was enjoyable and that they would visit again.
