The Bottom Line:

The Holiday Inn Express at Newport Beach is conveniently located directly on Newport Bay and close to two established Hospitals, as well as the American Institute-Massage Inc. Guests were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and by the friendly and helpful staff. Guests were not as charmed by the noise, mostly created by late night partying. Features of this motel include internet, a pool, a fitness center, and a breakfast buffet.
