“Found 5 bugs within the 15 minutes we looked. Then we took one to the front desk to show them. Told to pack up quickly and they would try to find us another room on their properties. None available. They didn't charge us. But scarred for life. Room lit very dimly so glad we had a flashlight with us to look around the room. I'm sure there were more...we stopped looking after we found 5. I don't understand how maids could not know about bugs. Blood stains on sheets too. Someone there had to know that room has bedbugs. Hard to miss.”
