The Bottom Line:
The Magic Castle Hotel is in a central Hollywood location close to the Chinese Theater and, of course, the Magic Castle itself. Guests raved about the beds, which have pillow tops, down comforters and fluffy pillows. Some rooms are suites with full kitchens, and rooms have flat screen TVs with DVD players. Some have balconies. However, other rooms have not been renovated and are somewhat basic with older decor. The heated pool is open 24 hours, although some guests noted that the outdoor bar caused it to be off-limits at night to children and teenagers.
