As one of the largest cities in the United States, Los Angeles features almost too many activities for vacationers to experience. Its miles of coastline provide virtually any type of beach that one could want, from the perfect surf of Malibu to the calm waters of Santa Monica and Venice. Moving east, visitors can explore the fabulous stores that line one of America’s most glittering streets, Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. A short drive from there is Hollywood Boulevard, home to both the Chinese Theater and the legendary Walk of Fame. Visitors interested in some of Los Angeles' newer attractions often head downtown to explore the soaring Walt Disney Concert Hall and the sprawling sports, dining and entertainment complex, LA Live. Evenings often conclude with a drive down Sunset Boulevard where vacationers can visit celebrity haunts like the Chateau Marmont, the Whiskey A-Go-Go and the SkyBar.
