The Bottom Line:
The Angeleno Hotel is located off the freeway at Sunset Boulevard and is close to UCLA. The Getty Museum is not far away, with a complimentary shuttle offered, and the location is convenient to shops, restaurants and sightseeing. However, some guests found the freeway noise troubling. Most guests felt the sound proofing was more than sufficient. Rooms have comfortable beds with luxurious sheets, but are considered a little small by some reviewers. Some rooms have balconies. The pool area was particularly appreciated, with pleasant music and a large outdoor fireplace.
