The Bottom Line:
The Tropicana Inn is a five-minute walk from Disneyland and California Adventure. It is close to a number of restaurants, including Denny's, Quizno's and McDonald's. Guests appreciated the fridges and microwaves in the rooms, although some found the beds too hard. Also receiving complaints were the window air conditioning units which proved hard to set to the correct temperature. The hotel has a laundry and a small store selling stuffed animals and Disney souvenirs. Guest loved the large pool and hot tub, and appreciated the plentiful supply of towels. Service received mixed, but generally positive, reviews.
