“I stayed at the Hilton Anaheim and after the first night I had several sores all over my body. Upon my return home I notified the Hotel and they told me they had an certifed inspector investigate and he found nothing. Of course they will not accept responsibility. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU DECIDE TO STAY HERE - FAIR WARNING!!”

“My husband, child, and I stayed at the Hilton Anaheim during our Disneyland trip for Christmas. After the second nights stay, my husband woke up early in the am to use the restroom and when he returned to our bed found a bug in it. A BED BUG! It was confirmed later that day that our room had several bed bugs. The hotel manager first offered to comp us our food etc. which was not ok. It wasn't about the money, it was about the BUGS! I am doubting the prevention procedures that the hotel uses. Out of thousands of rooms in this hotel, it is unlikely that just our room has bugs! This was a huge inconvenience in our trip and hopefully we don't take these disgusting bugs home with us!”
“Felt itching pulled back sheets and saw 2 bed bugs which I recorded and call the desk was moved to another room (like that would help). The manager offered to comp breakfast or starbucks for me. 3 days later I have at least 50 bites. Went to doctor and she said I had a severe reaction and I need a prescriptio”

The Bottom Line:
The Hilton Anaheim is situated across the street from Disneyland. While guests consider the rooms to be reasonably priced, virtually everything outside of the room costs extra—including parking and the fitness facilities. Guests rave about the breakfast buffet, with an overwhelming amount of choices. They also praise the hotel's attention towards children, as an area is devoted to games and crafts. Guests note that while Disneyland is right across the street, the actual entrance is farther away. Luckily, the hotel does offer a shuttle service for no additional charge. As always, guests who love coffee consistently praise the lobby's Starbucks.
