The Bottom Line:
The Disneys Paradise Pier Hotel is next to the Grand Californian, with access through that hotel directly to California Adventure. It is a five-minute walk from the monorail. Guests liked the spacious rooms and comfortable beds with extra pillows and blankets. The hotel even puts chocolates on the pillows. Some rooms have great views of the park. Rooms also have DVD players, night light alarm clocks and blackout curtains, and wake up calls come from Mickey Mouse. Service was complimented and housekeeping particularly praised, although some guests found room service kept awkward hours. The heated pool is kept open year round.
