Kids Go West Profile

I like to take advantage of my summer vacations off from my job as a second grade teacher to travel both near and far from my home in northern California. I believe kids can supplement their learning at school through first-hand experiences, and plan on giving my son as many of those as possible. I hope he will appreciate the trip I'm planning to Hoover Dam to learn about hydroelectric power, or at least, the opportunity to say the word "dam" as many times as he wants.
