Q: What does an "unconfirmed bed bug report" mean?
A: We call the report “unconfirmed” simply because we were not the ones staying there or reporting the bugs so we can’t confirm the report with 100% positivity. We attempt to confirm each report, contacting the customer who reported the bugs.

A: Check out our Bed Bugs in Hotels page.
Q: Can a hotel manager respond to a hotel bed bug report?
A: Yes. Hotel managers can write a response by clicking "add manager comment" on the bottom right corner of a bed bug report for their specific hotel OR by contacting the Raveable team at email@example.com
Q: How long does a bed bug warning stay on the hotel's page?
