A: Raveable collects bedbug reports from users on its website, along with information from Trip Advisor and Bed Bug Registry.
Q: What does an "unconfirmed bed bug report" mean?
A: We call the report “unconfirmed” simply because we were not the ones staying there or reporting the bugs so we can’t confirm the report with 100% positivity. We attempt to confirm each report, contacting the customer who reported the bugs.

Q: How do you calculate the increase or decrease in bed bug risk for your website?
A: We use our data to calculate the year over year increase or decrease in bed bug reports for a given time period and given city.
