The Phoenician is at the base of Camelback Mountain in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Sonoran Desert is the back drop to this AAA five diamond resort. Guests enjoyed the 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, in-room mini-bar, 40 inch flat screen television, and private balcony. Reviewers found the up keep of the hotel grounds were clean and well manicured. The pool included mother of pearl detailing and includes a water slide. Guests enjoyed the cactus garden and 27-hole golf course on-site. Guests found the rooms were out dated and in need of renovating. Reviewers appreciated the friendly and informative staff. The staff provided local dining and shopping off property.
