Previous guests at the Gainey Suites Hotel were very impressed with the location, which is within walking distance to an upscale outdoor mall with restaurants, shopping and a bakery. The hotel also provides a shuttle downtown for those wishing to explore further afoot. Guests raved about the pool grounds, which are located within a peaceful, garden courtyard. Guests enjoyed the Hearth Room and described it as clean, with excellent service. Guests really liked the bedding, which included down pillow tops, feather pillows, and luxury linens. The bathrooms are ample and spacious, and guests liked the Bath & Body Works bath products. Fresh-baked cookies in the lobby and teddy bears on each bed were some other special touches that made this hotel stand out for past guests.
