The Bottom Line:
The Sheraton Phoenix Downtown location is a 10-minute drive from the major sporting arenas, within walking distance to the convention center and several museums, and across the street from an open-air mall and AMC movie theater complex, which previous guests found convenient. The rooms were overwhelmingly described as very clean, with comfortable beds and white down comforters and pillows. The hotel does have a small pool and workout center, which some guests said was not well-maintained. The service was found to be very friendly and helpful, and guests particularly enjoyed the drinks and service at the lobby bar.
