The Embassy Suites Hotel Phoenix Biltmore location is within walking distance to a high-end shopping mall with lots of shopping and restaurant choices, including a Cheesecake Factory. The beds were described as very comfortable with pillowtop mattresses and lots of pillows, although the furnishings and decor were described as dated. Rooms did include a desk and internet access, which guests liked. The hotel has a saltwater pool and jacuzzi, located outdoors, and a number of guests praised the beautiful indoor atrium lobby with a waterfall and koi pond.
